Who we are
Impact Websites is a web design and development business run by Jake Small in the United Kingdom. For any privacy question, email jake@impactwebsites.co.uk.
Cookies and tracking
We store one essential record on your device: your choice on the cookie banner, so we do not ask you again. This holds no personal data.
If you accept, we also load Google Analytics to see how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed and roughly how people arrive here. Google Analytics is never loaded if you decline or ignore the banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this website, which will show the banner again on your next visit.
What we collect
We only collect the details you choose to send us through the contact form or by messaging us. That can include your name, business name, email address, phone number and anything you write about your project.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a free mockup or quote.
- To deliver and support any website work you go on to book.
We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to help you, and for our own records of work carried out. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. To make a request, email jake@impactwebsites.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
